Week 3: The Power of NO Build somatic capacity for healthy refusal while reclaiming your right to set limits
Week 4: Conscious YES Develop capacity for authentic connection while maintaining clear boundaries
Week 5: Boundaries in Relationship: Apply your boundary awareness and skills in various relational contexts
Week 6: Boundaries & Energy Develop awareness and skills for subtle energetic boundaries
Week 7: Boundary Challenges Work effectively with difficult situations and boundary ruptures
Week 8: Integration & Practice Create sustainable practices for ongoing boundary development
