A 6-Week Journey to Nervous System Regulation

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is designed for individuals who:
- Experience persistent anxiety or stress responses
- Feel disconnected from their body
- Have difficulty managing emotional reactivity
- Want to develop practical skills for self-regulation
- Are interested in body-based approaches to healing
No previous experience with somatic practices is required.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Over six weeks, you will:
- Understand your nervous system’s response to stress and anxiety
- Recognize early warning signs of dysregulation in your body
- Develop personalized resources for self-regulation
- Practice techniques to release stored tension and stress
- Build resilience through body-based awareness
- Experience the power of co-regulation in a supportive group setting
COURSE STRUCTURE
Format: Small group (6-8 participants)
Duration: 6 weekly sessions
Session Length: 2 hours
Facilitation: Led by experienced somatic practitioner
