Being and Longing\, held together. The longing of our being. The being of our longing. \nWhat if\, for 90 minutes\, we let that longing move us? \nNot as a concept to understand. As a body to inhabit. \nThis is a playshop — which is to say\, it is serious in the way that play always is: it goes straight to the truth without announcing it. Through movement and creative expression\, we will sense into the edges of what we are reaching for\, what we are returning to\, what life in this particular moment is asking of us. \nThere is no performance here. No right way to belong to yourself. Only the honest\, sometimes surprising\, conversation between your body\, your colour\, your music\, and this living moment. \nCome as you are. Bring what you love. \nYour colour crayons. White paper. The music that moves something in you. Your favourite drink\, in your favourite hangout. \nNinety minutes. Your body. Your belonging. \nThis is for you if you sense — somewhere under the busyness — that you are longing to feel more at home inside your own life.
