Being born in the midst of family-run businesses, I had witnessed many one-way conversations both personally, and professionally. These everyday, low-intensity exchanges marked by a lack of vulnerability and authentic expression, led me to choose a career that allowed me to work with others to create satisfaction, connection, and fulfillment in their lives.
I facilitate performance, creativity, innovation, emotional literacy, and communication to impact senior leaders. I specialise in supporting high achievers through burnout, enabling pioneering leaders to articulate compelling visions, and partnering with women leaders to step into authentic power. Over the past decade, I have mentored coaches globally to receive their coaching credentials and played a pivotal role in establishing transformational coaching in India. Clients describe me as a fierce champion, ready to support and challenge, till they believe in their own power and abilities to take action beyond their comfort zone.
A new definition of leadership is emerging for our time: reconciling the transactional demands of survival with the radical fullness of human purpose. I support individuals to respond wholeheartedly to their leadership call. Through their willingness to face uncertainty and challenge, comes reconnection with a potent inner authority – unlocking the power to transform systems from within.

Experienced leaders often encounter challenges in apprehending and working on their leadership edges. The executive coaching journey creates a container of safety and holding within which to see (blindspots) clearly and dissolve the structures that no longer serve us. From this place of heightened clarity, we step purposefully into the next phase of leadership.

Shruti Sonthalia is a leadership development consultant, facilitator and certified executive coach (PCC, ICF). She is part of the International Coaching Federation Foundation Council of Ambassadors and a Faculty and Mentor Coach for a global coach training organisation. She has led organisational transformation assignments as well as international coaching interventions in both the corporate and the humanitarian sector.
