  • Online-Healing through Movement

The Bhavan 4 Castletown road, London, United Kingdom

In various shamanic societies, seekers troubled by disheartenment or depression were posed four essential questions: "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?" Recognizing the profound impact of dancing and singing on vitality, many ancient cultures believed these practices to inspire the soul, fostering a deeper connection with divine forces. We extend a warm invitation to participate in our weekly themed movement-based sessions, designed to reclaim vitality and navigate personal histories. Together, we will explore the power of movement, allowing words and experiences to guide us and share their wisdom. Learn the art of emptying and cleansing our containers - the body and mind - to move through life with lightness and freedom. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and revitalization.

  • Systemic Family Constellation Circle

Families have an unconscious mind and soul that travel across generations and entangle those who follow in the fates of those who came before us. All members of a family are deeply bonded to each other in love and loyalty. This bonding love may cause us to invite disease, suffering, depression, relationship struggles, and financial difficulties, into our lives in an unconscious attempt to restore balance to our family systems. The dynamics of this larger family system lie beyond our awareness, yet their effect on our lives is profound. We are deeply bonded to family members we may not have even known — for example, a parent’s early deceased sibling or, our grandparents’ previous partners, or an earlier family member’s stillborn, aborted, or miscarried child. “Orders of Love” is the term first used by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist and former priest. to name these powerful forces that guide and influence our lives. The guiding forces in our lives include: Parents give & children take Everyone belongs in the family Relationships require a balance of give & take Many families operate in ways that violate these natural laws because of deeply unconscious patterns, loyalty to family secrets, and tragic losses that make grieving difficult. There are universal truths that connect all of us, even while each family also has its own story that makes it unique. By restoring balance in our ancestral blueprints, personal suffering and unhappiness can be transformed into a force for healing. The constellation process reveals the influence of generational histories in ways that our Western-trained minds find challenging to access. It promotes visibility and consciousness of our shared humanity, including our tendencies to be constricted by unhealed loss and trauma experienced by our ancestors. • Grief Medicine Circle: Tending to Our Broken Heart

The Bhavan 4 Castletown road, London, United Kingdom

"The heart that breaks open can contain the whole universe." - Joanna Macy The last few years have been intense. Growing our capacity to grieve well is essential for both our personal and communal well-being; it is essential to keeping our hearts open and permeable to beauty and resilient to despair. Grief is an integral part of life that requires our attention if we want to be fully available to life. In our culture, however, we have forgotten how to share our grief with one another. In addition to our personal losses, given the emergent climate crisis and its impacts – the extinction of species, the COVID pandemic, and the unrest and turmoil within human societies – the burden of grief that we are carrying as individuals can begin to feel unbearable. There are very few spaces where we are invited to experience and express this complex grief in the community. Robin Wall Kimmerer writes, “If grief can be a doorway to love, then let us all weep for the world we are breaking apart so we can love it back to wholeness again.” In the Five (05) Bi-Monthly circles, we will experience Francis Weller’s “Five Gates of Grief” to connect participants to their distinct and multifaceted experiences of grief and reconnect them to the life force that wants to be birthed through it. "The sheer weight of these personal and collective sorrows is enough to crush our hearts, forcing us to turn away and find solace in anaesthesia and distraction. When we come together, however, and share these stories of sorrow in grief rituals, something begins to change. When our sorrows are witnessed and held within a community of compassion, grief can surprisingly turn to joy, to a love emboldened for all that surrounds us. Love and loss have…
